Supporter enquiries

We aim to respond to emails within three working days. All letters will be responded to within five working days. Phone calls are responded to by our Supporters’ Care Team during office hours or the next working day if phone calls were made outside of working hours.

Please note that during busy periods, such as emergency or disaster appeals, it might take us longer than usual to get back to you.
